With 16+ years of project management experience, Nia has spent her career at the intersection of operational excellence, organizational change, and strategic execution. She is a certified project manager, strategic thinker, and systems thinker who has led complex initiatives across nonprofit, government-adjacent, and mission-driven sectors.

As a Project Manager on the Operational Excellence team at Stand Together — one of the nation's most influential philanthropic organizations — Nia brings enterprise-level rigor to every engagement. Her work spans process improvement, Agile transformation, and cross-functional alignment at scale.

Nia founded AI on Mission to democratize access to the kind of high-caliber operational support that most small organizations never get. Her belief is simple: your mission deserves more than a spreadsheet and a prayer. It deserves a real team — with real expertise and real AI leverage — showing up for you.

She is also the founder of Mmago Day, a reflective technology and spiritual wellness brand, and brings to every engagement a deep commitment to human-centered design, values-aligned leadership, and the conviction that the right systems can change everything.
